Pathaan Movie Review: Shah Rukh Khan’s “Pathaan” is riding high on the hype. Pathaan, the much-anticipated spy thriller starring SRK in the title role, has finally come to theatres. Even before the film’s debut screening in India, fans snagged the opportunity to see it and give it positive feedback. The Yash Raj Films production, which marks Shah Rukh’s return to leading man roles following 2018’s ‘Zero,’ hits theatres a day before Republic Day, giving the Hindi picture a five-day extended opening weekend.

Pathaan day has finally came, and as much as we dislike posting in the interval, we truly want you to know how our experience has been thus far without giving away any spoilers. Thus, Shah Rukh Khan fans and mainstream audiences, here’s how it’s been so far.

Without giving anything away about the plot, let’s just say Shah Rukh Khan is the most captivating 57-year-old you’ll ever see on TV. His simple presence intrigues you in every scene he is in.

Deepika Padukone, on the other hand, is mostly known for setting your television on fire while her body double does not execute any stunts for her. The first half mostly acts as a foundation for Pathaan’s characters, building anticipation for the seeti-maar showdown between Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan and John Abraham’s Jim.

Pathaan has great expectations both as a film and at the box office. According to the early reactions of viewers, Pathaan is living up to fans’ hopes.

Pathaan is slated to be released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu on January 25, 2023. Aside from SRK, Salman Khan makes a cameo in the film, linking it to his Tiger series. While it was previously reported that Hrithik Roshan will feature in Pathaan, linking the picture to War, a fresh report has refuted the speculations, indicating that Hrithik would not be a part of Pathaan.
