The film is produced by People Media Factory and Zee Studios. Bro is actually a remake of Samuthirakani’s own Tamil film, Vinodhaya Sitham (2021). The movie stars Pawan Kalyan, Sai Dharam Tej, Brahmanandam, and Priya Prakash Varrier in the main roles. Other talented actors like Rohini, Tanikella Bharani, and Ketika Sharma also feature in the film.

The story revolves around a man gifted with the ability to see ghosts. He uses this unique gift to help people who are troubled by hauntings from these spirits.
