One of the finest actors of Bollywood, Aamir Khan recently made a grand presence at the grand trailer launch of the much-awaited Punjabi film Carry On Jatta 3. The event turned grander with the presence of Punjabi stars Gippy Grewal and Sonam Bajwa. In a memorable appearance, Aamir Khan showed off his remarkable Bhangra dance moves, reminiscent of his iconic character DJ from the film Rang De Basanti.
In a video that captures the momentous occasion, Aamir Khan can be seen grooving effortlessly to the vibrant beats of the dhol. Ahead of the trailer launch, it was already known that the versatile actor will grace the event along with the star cast of Carry On Jatta 3. Aamir looked stylish in a dark brown short kurta, teamed with navy blue denim and brown boots. With long hair, a hairband, glasses and his signature mustache, he oozed cool. His energetic Bhangra performance took everyone back to the days of Rang De Basanti, where he played a spirited Punjabi boy named DJ.

The third film in the franchise, Carry On Jatta 3 brings back Punjabi actor Gippy Grewal in the lead role. Apart from Gippy and Sonam, the Punjabi film also stars Gurpreet Ghuggi, Binnu Dhillon, Nasir Chinyoti, Jaswinder Bhalla, B.N. Sharma, and Karamjit Anmol. The film is directed by Smeep Kang, who directed Carry On Jatta in 2012. The team was seen walking the red carpet of the trailer launch and posing for the cameras.
Aamir Khan may have stayed away from the limelight after his stellar performance in his last film Laal Singh Chaddha, but he continues to garner attention. After the setback, the actor is now focusing on producing the Indian adaptation of the Spanish film Campeones. Although Aamir initially approached Salman Khan for a role in the film, things didn’t work out and the project has now piqued the interest of talented actor Ranbir Kapoor, best known for his role in Brahmastra. If all goes well, Ranbir Kapoor will play the lead in the Champions remake, as confirmed by reports.
As per reports, Aamir is currently helping his son Junaid Khan with his Bollywood debut. In February this year, production banner Phantom Studios announced the remake of the Tamil blockbuster Love Today. Peepingmoon.com reports that Aamir Khan’s son Junaid Khan and Sridevi and Boney Kapoor’s younger daughter Khushi Kapoor have been signed for the film. Reportedly, the two-star kids have already signed the film and it will be directed by Advait Chandan.
Aamir Khan’s vibrant Bhangra dance at the trailer launch of Carry On Jatta 3 enthralled the audience and brought back memories of his memorable performance as the DJ in Rang De Basanti. Despite the poor performance of his recent film, the actor’s star power remains intact, and fans are eagerly awaiting his future endeavors, including the intriguing Campion remake. Aamir Khan’s undeniable talent and charisma have made him a force to be reckoned with in the world of Indian cinema.
